Sana Meditation is an immersive sound and meditation experience designed to help you pause, regulate, and reconnect.
In a world that runs on urgency, Sana creates a different rhythm.
The room softens. The bowls begin to hum. Breath deepens. The nervous system shifts from alert to settled. What starts as sound becomes sensation — vibration moving through the body, gently interrupting stress patterns and creating space.
Sana is not performance. It is not spectacle.
It is intentional, grounded, and carefully guided.
Each gathering is crafted to offer steadiness and spaciousness at the same time — a place where you can soften without losing yourself, rest without checking out, and reconnect without pressure to be anything other than human.
The word Sana can be translated as “offering.”
Everything created here is an offering of presence, sound, and care.

Sana Meditation is co-created by Tiffany and Sue, whose distinct strengths shape the experience you feel in the room.
Tiffany
Tiffany brings heart, integrity, and devotion to the practice. She honors the deeply personal nature of each individual’s path and approaches teaching with authenticity and joy. Her presence is relational and warm, helping others relax their guard and soften naturally.
Her steady commitment to practice and community creates a foundation of trust within every Sana gathering.
Sue
Sue brings a grounded, modern understanding of meditation and nervous system regulation. Her approach blends sound, mindfulness, and embodied awareness in a way that is accessible and practical.
She is deeply interested in how sound influences the body and how intentional pauses can build resilience in everyday life. Her guidance is steady and clear, offering structure without rigidity.
