What Makes This Sound Bath Unique?
This isn’t just about relaxation; it’s about transformation. Led by trauma-informed instructors Tiffany Tran and Sue Webb, we take extra care to create a safe and welcoming space for participants. Our sound bath combines the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, percussion instruments, and other unique instruments plus the harmonic human voice to guide you into a meditative state that promotes deep emotional and physical release.

We hope you’ll leave the session feeling refreshed, centered, and more in tune with yourself—perfect for both beginners and seasoned meditators.

Benefits You Could Receive from a sound bath meditation:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Enhanced emotional balance
  • Deep physical relaxation and tension relief…even reduced physical pain has been reported after our sound bath meditations.
  • Improved mental clarity and focus

We recommend bringing a yoga mat and any pillows or blankets to make yourself comfortable as you lie down and let the vibrations wash over you. Folding chairs will also be available for those that don’t want to be on the floor.
