Sound Bath This Sunday at Open Eye Yoga

This Sunday, Sana Meditation returns to Open Eye Yoga for a deep, grounding Sound Bath designed to help you settle, breathe, and reset from the inside out.

We’ll begin with a brief arrival practice to help your body and nervous system shift out of the pace of the day. From there, you’ll rest comfortably while we create a layered soundscape using our deep bowls and soothing tones. These vibrations support the release of physical tension, quiet mental activity, and offer a felt experience of calm that many people rarely make time for.

No experience with yoga or meditation is needed. You’ll spend the session resting — lying down or supported however feels best for you. Open Eye Yoga has props, and you’re welcome to bring a mat, blanket, or anything that helps you settle more fully.
