Sue is offering a few different ways to practice and gather this week—each with a very different intention.
This Weekend | Restorative Yoga at Updog
This weekend, we’ll gather for a long, slow restorative yoga class designed to support nervous system downshifting and true rest. You’ll be fully supported with props throughout the practice. There’s no effort to generate, no stretching goals, and nothing to push toward—just time and space to settle and let the body receive. Register here.
This Week | Virtual Vinyasa at 7:30am
Sue is also teaching two virtual vinyasa classes this week: (Click on the day below to register)
These classes offer a balanced vinyasa flow that weaves together breath, ease, stretch, and strength. Expect mindful movement that builds heat and stability while still leaving room to listen to your body and move with awareness.
Join live from home and begin your day grounded, energized, and connected.
New Year’s Day | 108 Sun Salutations at Be Love Tulsa
On New Year’s Day, Sue will be part of the teaching team leading 108 Sun Salutations at Be Love Tulsa. This is a powerful, community-centered practice to mark the turning of the year—steady, rhythmic, and rooted in intention rather than perfection. You don’t need to “do all 108” to participate; you’re encouraged to move at your own pace and rest as needed. Register here.
Whether you’re craving deep rest, strong and mindful movement, or a meaningful way to welcome the new year, there’s space for you in these practices.
Enjoy your practice!
