Sue’s New Classes at Updog Yoga

We are excited to announce Sue’s new classes at Updog Yoga! Whether you’re looking for a relaxing experience or a powerful workout, there is something for everyone.

Here’s a look at the weekly classes:

Monday 4:00 PMPractice
Join Sue for a mindful vinyasa class to start your week grounded and strong. We’ll flow through poses at a comfortable pace, focusing on breath and feeling good in your body.

Thursday & Friday 6:00 AMPractice
Early risers, this class is for you! Start your day with a strong and balanced practice to wake up your body and set a positive tone for the day ahead. We’ll breathe. We’ll move. We’ll stretch. (These classes start next week, Jan. 9)

Saturday 8:00 AMPower Class
Kickstart your Saturday with a powerful flow that will challenge and energize you. It’s a great way to build strength and move with intention. We wind down with peaceful stretches to round out your practice.

Saturday 12:30 PMBreathe. Body Scan. Bowls
This class will guide you through calming breathing exercises, a soothing body scan meditation, and a long sound bath savasana to help you relax and reset. Leave feeling calm and balanced.

Updog Yoga is a beautiful practice space and where Sue personally practices asana. Their indoor studio has a beautiful energy and we can practice on the deck outside when weather permits! And it’s not just a hot yoga studio, they also have warm classes and not heated classes. Updog also offers a great intro offer: Unlimited classes for a month for $66.
