A Special Workshop with Sue Webb

Most of us are carrying tension we don’t even realize is there.
The way we sit, stand, move—or don’t move—day after day creates unconscious holding patterns in the body. These patterns often show up as tight shoulders, a stiff lower back, or even chronic discomfort that seems to have no clear cause. Over time, these deeply ingrained habits can shape how we feel, how we breathe, and how we move through the world.
But here’s the good news: we can unlearn these patterns.
Join Sue Webb for a special Somatic Movement Workshop designed to gently guide you back into easeful, embodied movement. Using slow, mindful exercises that re-educate the nervous system, this workshop will help you release long-held muscular tension and explore what it feels like to move with more freedom and awareness.
